Coaching

I'm available for one-to-one executive coaching on hourly basis over the phone or web or face-to-face depending on the needs and location of the customers.
It is a three-step process involving preview, follow up, and summary.
Full confidentiality is guaranteed.

Workshop

Focused workshops are generally for half-a-day or full day.
Attendance is up to a maximum of 10.
Workshops include presentations, hands-on activities, and team exercises.
Specific case studies will be used to encourage active participation.
Face-to-face or online depending on clients

Report/portfolio

Technology reports on specific aspects of materials are critical for energy applications.
Science/data-based approach will be used in assembling the reports.
