Executive Coaching

I offer a highly personalized one-to-one coaching, which helps top talents leverage their strengths and core competencies in disruptive innovation environment. My approach is solution-focused, systematic, leader-centered, and action-oriented. It is a three-step process that includes:

Pre-Coaching: A questionnaire, interview, and assessments centered around innovation.

Feedback and Development of Action Plan: Reviewing all relevant data with the client and then working with them and their leaders to create a developmental action plan, which leverages strengths and addresses the executive's developmental opportunities in innovation.

Closure and Evaluation: In this stage, I meet with the executive, HR, and the leaders to evaluate developmental accomplishments against agreed-upon objectives. The coaching sessions' content will be kept confidential. The innovation action plan and key progress will be discussed.

Deep knowledge is required to capture latest developments and advancements in broad range of material science, solid-state physics, chemistry, optical science, and data science and exploit them in building a portfolio. A breakthrough in one of these areas can have profound impact on technological changes and forecast. My focused approach supported by science and data can dramatically increase yield of innovations and long-term financial stability.
